Reasons for non-signing of contract agreement?
Abstract: In china, the education departments and universities use the number of graduates who have signed employment agreements and the first employment rate as measurements of estimating the situation of graduates’ employment. There is an underlying assumption that the graduates who have not signed employment agreements are unemployed. This paper challenges this assumption and draws some meaningful conclusions based on the result of a survey on graduates who have not signed employment agreements.
