| The Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between CALS and ILERA held in Philadelphia, United States |

| The Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between China Association for Labor Studies (CALS) and International Labor and Employment Relations Association (ILERA) was held in Philadelphia, the United States, on 3rd July 2012. As authorized by Ms Hua Fuzhou, the President of CALS, Dean Zeng Xiangquan, the Deputy President of CALS, attended the Signing Ceremony. Janice Bellace, the President of ILERA and Professor of Management at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School chair the Ceremony and signed the Memorandum. Dean Zeng Xiangquan, on behalf of President Hua Fuzhou, delivered a speech following the Ceremony. Dean Zeng expressed thanks to President Janice Bellace for accepting the CALS as a member of the ILERA, and to those who made efforts for this. Dean Zeng hoped that the CALS can play an important role in the ILERA and make a contribution to the ILERA. Around three hundreds delegates at the ILERA World Congress attended this Signing Ceremony. |
