The twenty-eight Bi-weekly Academic Forum on Labor Economics was held successfully in the conference room 347 of Qui Shi Building in the afternoon of April 20, 2011. Professor Yue Ximing from Renmin University's school of Finance made a lecture entitled "A empirical research of balance transfer payment funds allocation in China".

Talks chaired by the Zhao Zhong and related professional doctors and masters heard the lecture.
