On April 1, Social Protection and Labor Strategy Consultation Meeting 2012-2022 hosted by the World Bank was held in Beijing. Arup Banerji, director of the world bank social protection and labor bureau, introduced the concept  framework. Yu Xiaoqing, vice director of East Asia and the Pacific Region Human Development Bureau, chaired the meeting.

Professor Zeng Xiangquan, director of CIER and dean of Renmin University's school of labor and human resource, attended the meeting and commented on the concept framework. He spoke highly of the principle ideology of concept framework, analyzed emphasis should be produced in the future, and  labor market  reforms, international puzzle and human capital investment evaluation was especially mentioned.

Relevant supervisors from National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Human Resource and Social Security, Ministry of Civil Affairs attended this meeting, and international officials from  ILO and World Band also attended.
