Prof. Zeng Xiangquan attended China Talent Development Form and made speech

On October 22th, China Talent Development Forum which lasted two days was held ceremoniously at Beijing Conference Center. Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Vice Premier Zhang, attended the opening ceremony and addressed the meeting. Human Resources and Social Security Minister Yin Weimin chaired the ceremony and made the key speech. Organization of Central Committee of Communist Party of China Vice Minister Li Zhiyong read out the result of “China Talent Development Outstanding Paper”. Human Resources and Social Security Vice Minister Wang Xiaochu chaired the keynote speeches. Renmin University of China Vice Headmaster Feng Huiling was also invited to attend the forum.
 
The theme of this form is thoroughly applying national talent development plan and comprehensively pushing forward talent preferential development. Many government officials from ministries and commissions of the State Council, experts and scholars in the HR & Social Security field from all over the country and representatives of enterprises attended this ceremony.
 
On the afternoon of 22th, Professor Zeng Xiangquan, director of CIER and SLHR, made an in-depth discussion on new ideas and new moves in talent development strategy and talent team building and answered on-site questions right after the speech which won audience consistent praise. In addition, a paper by Prof. Zeng and Dr. Zhou Yu was awarded as ”Talent Development Outstanding Paper”.

Prof. Yao Yuqun, vice director of CIER, Prof. Liu Erduo, research of CIER, Dr. Zhouyu, research associate of CIER attended the form. Dr Guan Yanjun and Zhang Shilei, teachers from SLHR, attended the meeting as well.
