During July 3-6, French Economist Club seminar was hosted in French and focused on labor issues under the background of new technology revolution. The seminar invited politicians from 33 countries, entrepreneurs and famous scholars, a total of 217 people. More than 3000 audience from colleges in Paris, Marseille, etc. listened to the speeches.
Zeng Xiangquan, Director of CIER and Professor of SLHR, was invited and made a speech on “Influence of new technology revolution on Chinese labor market”. He gave deep analysis on the opposite and negative influence of internet on Chinese employment, income allocation and work and life balance.
