To better understand opportunities and challenges income allocation system faces that comes with “new normal” economy and propose suggestions for system reform, Employment and Income Allocation Department, National Development and Reform Commission held Income Allocation Professional Seminar on January 30th in Beijing. Zeng Xiangquan, CIER Director and Professor of School of Labor and Human Resources, was invited to attend the seminar and systematically shared his options on tax, hourly wages, wage arrears, salary increase mechanism, etc.,. He also made several suggestions on income allocation reform. Pu Yufei, Director of Employment and Income Allocation Department, hosted the seminar. Zhang Chewei, Director of Institute of Population and Labour Economics at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Yang Liming, Director of Salary Department, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, etc., also attended the seminar and shared opinions. |
