"A Longitudinal Survey on employer-employee matched data in China”, directed by Data Center of School of Labor and Human Resources, is launched officially. It is a key research project and has gained financial support from “985 Project”. Surveys and researches focusing on employer-employee matched data have gained increasing attention in the field of labor science. Based on employer-employee matched data, researchers can explore labor economics, labor relations, and human resources more deeply. Till now, employer-employee matched data and researches based on such matched data are not common yet. |
