On the afternoon of December 22, Organization Department of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee held a Symposium of "the Planning of Beijing Party and Government Leading Bodies from 2009 to 2013" and "the Planning of Reserve cadres of Beijing Party and Government Leading Bodies from 2009 to 2013" draft. Professor Zeng Xiangquan, dean of SLHR, was invited to attend the symposium and commented on the issues. Vice Minister of Organization Department of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee Shi Shaojie chaired the symposium. Organization Department of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and some districts and counties leaders attended the symposium.
