To standard website management, improve site-building and provide users with more reliable and comprehensive service, since November 1, 2009, CIER website will implement new membership management, and notice is hereby given as follows:
        1. CIER website will implement real-name system for membership registration, which would require the information of members is true, complete and accurate. Since November 1, 2009, registered members whose registration information doesn’t match standards will be canceled; new registered members shall be required to fill in registration information first, and then can submit an application for registration, and the registration will be successful after audit their registration information is true, complete and accurate.
        2. Registered members can, within its mandate, not only download the information published on this site, but also comment the information, news, theses and others published on this site. But registered members’ any comments must comply with national laws and requirements of websites management and audited before display. Any comments and opinions of members don’t represent view of website.
        3. Registered members can click on "Contact Us" to enter the message system of the web site, and leave a message. Web site message will serve as a tool of communicating and exchanging between member and the webmaster, and don’t appear on the website pages.
        4. The management comes into effect since November 1, 2009.
