At 16:00 on October 28, 2009, the tenth Biweekly Academic Forum of Labor Economics organized by School of Labor and Human Resources of RUC was successfully held. The speaker of this forum was Dr. Li Jianpei, who is from Department of Economics in School of International Economic and Trade, University of International Business and Economics. The topic is Efficient Tournaments within Teams. The forum was presided over by Professor Zhao Zhong, senior researcher of CIER. Researcher of CIER Professor Tang Kuang, PHD student Wu Qiang, Yu-Mei Yang, Li Xiaoman, other teachers and students of the School of Labor and Human Resources attended the forum and discussed Dr. Li Jianpei speech.
Li Jianpei received doctorate in economics from Humboldt University, worked at School of Economic Theory Research of Humboldt University and now teaches at Department of Economics of School of International Economics and Trade, University of International Business and Economics. His research areas mainly focuses on: micro-economics, industrial organization, auction theory and so on. Dr. Li’s academic papers include "Efficient Tournaments within Teams", "Partnership Dissolution, Complementarity, and Investment Incentives", "Team Production with Inequity-averse Agents" and so on, and his papers has been published in top international academic journals such as Rand Journal of Economics. |
